The Challenge
Many service businesses manage customer arrivals manually, which can create long wait times, confusion, and extra work for staff. Customers often need to call, wait in line, or speak with the front desk just to confirm their arrival. The challenge was to create a simple web-based check-in system that customers could use from their phone without downloading an app. The system also needed to help staff view check-ins, manage waiting customers, and keep the customer flow organized.
Our Approach
We designed the platform around simplicity, speed, and real-time visibility. Customers needed a fast check-in experience, while staff needed a clean dashboard to manage arrivals without extra training. The system was structured to work from any browser, making it easy for businesses to share a check-in link through a website, QR code, SMS, email, or front-desk signage. The goal was to reduce manual steps and make the customer arrival process more efficient.
The Solution
We developed a web check-in platform that allows customers to submit their name, contact details, reason for visit, and arrival status through a simple online form. Once submitted, staff can view check-ins from an internal dashboard and manage each customer based on status, priority, or arrival time. The platform can support features such as QR-code check-in, appointment-based check-in, walk-in registration, customer notes, staff dashboard access, waitlist management, and status updates. The system is flexible enough for tax offices, clinics, salons, repair shops, consulting offices, and other appointment-based businesses.
